Inverselogic Promotes Ani Teroganesyan to Operations Manager

LOS ANGELES, CA, July 02, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Ara Aslanian has always believed in promoting from within as part of his strategy for building a successful business with great talent behind it. When he hired Ani Teroganesyan as an intern in 2005, it was with the hopes that she would become part of the permanent team.

Ms. Teroganesyan started as an intern and was quickly hired to be an office assistant, learning every aspect of the day to day business. Her role expanded over the past four years to include taking on roles in the marketing department, and then a management role in the finance division.

Recently, Ms. Teroganesyan graduated from Cal State University Northridge earning a B.S. in Business with a Marketing focus. "Ani has become an instrumental part of our management team, and I was thrilled when she accepted the promotion. We are in good hands with her as our Operations Manager and she will be a big part of Inverselogic's growth strategy in the years to come," said President Ara Aslanian.

Inverselogic played a key role in the direction Ms. Teroganesyan decided to take in regards to her college degree, and career plans. "Having worked here from the ground up, I was able to see firsthand the many facets that go into running a company and the importance of strong business and operating models," said Ms. Teroganesyan. "I am excited to take on the challenge of this new position and put into use the knowledge that I gained earning my business degree."
