 Huf Improves Proposition to FicosaSeptember 10, 2009 VELBERT, Germany, September 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Huf Hülsbeck & Fürst GmbH & Co. KG made a significantly higher offer to Ficosa to take over the shares of the two subsidiaries in Spain and Portugal. As negotiations slowed down during the summer months, Huf took a new initiative. Huf is highly interested to realise their 100-per-cent-strategy globally throughout all the companies of the Huf Group. This is also expressed clearly by the substantial increase of the offer. Huf wishes - especially reflecting the interests of the employees of the two companies - to come to an agreement with Ficosa quickly, as they are interested to start with clear circumstances from the current difficult situation of the automotive industry into the next year.
