ClaimsPro Enhances Transportation, Equipment and Cargo Claims Services with Theft Investigation Specialist

TORONTO, July 26, 2018 /insPRESS/ – ClaimsPro, Canada’s leading provider of independent claims adjusting services and an SCM company, today announced the appointment of Richard Swierczynski as Director, Cargo and Commercial Transportation Special Investigations Unit. Richard joins ClaimsPro’s Transportation, Equipment and Cargo (TEC) team, a specialized services division focused on providing claims support to the transportation and trucking industries.

Richard is an executive general adjuster and brings over 25 years of experience to his new role. Prior to joining ClaimsPro, he was president of his own independent adjusting firm that specialized in the investigation of Cargo and Commercial Transportation Thefts, as well as the adjustment of complex insurance claims relating to the trucking and transportation industries. He has worked closely with many regional police departments, proving to be a valuable resource while assisting with commercial auto crime investigations.

In his new role, Richard will be based out of ClaimsPro’s Oakville branch and will work closely with the national team of TEC adjusters, providing leadership for adjusting and investigating complex transportation and cargo theft claims. He will also work closely with SCM’s sister company Xpera, leveraging their expertise with risk mitigation and claim investigations.
