Digital Distributor ONErpm Opens San Francisco Office, Hires Latin Music Vets
The company adds Josh Norek as office director overseeing U.S. Latin, Juan Manuel Caipo joins as A&R rep.
Digital distributor ONErpm has opened an office in San Francisco to be headed by veteran Josh Norek, who will also oversee U.S. Latin music for the company. ONErpm also has U.S. offices in Brooklyn, Miami and Nashville.
Additionally, the company, which also offers label services and rights management, hired Juan Manuel Caipo as an A&R rep for North America and U.S. Latin.
Both men are Latin music veterans. Norek became known in the industry for his work with Los Angeles label Nacional Records, where he was the vp of business affairs and digital. He subsequently founded music royalties collection firm Regalías Digitales.
Caipo is a producer and head of his own production company, Rockolito Music. His album credits include 2016’s Quiero Creedence, a Creedence Clearwater Revival tribute featuring diverse Latin artists.
