The future is now, and the United Arab Emirates is more than ready to cope with it! Abu Dhabi’s most sustainable urban community, Masdar City, just launched a new tech start-up hub!

Tech Park is a new destination for start-ups that are focused on technology, sustainability, and digital economy. It is made entirely of recycled shipping containers. Companies in the strategic hub will receive funding and mentorship from the Catalyst, first start-up accelerator specializing in clean technology and sustainability in the Middle East Region.

The Tech Park overlooking Masdar Park and its offices; or containers, meets Masdar City’s super strict sustainability standards which significantly lowers embodied energy costs than regular offices. Current companies in the Tech Park include Safe City Group, De L’Arta, Solva Technologies, Mana Ventures, and Al-Hakeem Advanced Engineering Services.
