The newly elected Constituent Assembly in Yugoslavia proclaimed a federal republic.
What year was it?

A UN war crimes tribunal sentenced a Croat to 10 years in jail after he confessed to taking part in the Bosnian Serb Army massacre of over 1,200 unarmed Moslems at Srebrenica. Drazen Erdemovic, 25, was the first person to be sentenced by an international war crimes tribunal since the Nuremberg and Tokyo trials after World War Two.
