Coulondre, French Ambassador in Berlin states that the German-Polish conflict seemed to be at a temporarily standstill and the general impression is that Europe will continue to enjoy a respite of comparative calm, during which the Axis Powers will strive through the medium of propaganda and diplomacy to defeat the determination of London and Paris to oppose any further attempts at aggression.
