Powered by shale oil & gas production, North Dakota’s economy has outpaced every other U.S. state, leading to booming demands for multifamily housing. This has in turn led to rapidly increasing prices for multifamily housing units and a consequent boom in construction of new multifamily assets. Development in commercial and industrial real estate will be driven by this residential growth.
