30 April 2015 Bangalore, - With the rapid growth of economic development in Latin America in both the primary and secondary sectors, it has been established through a global survey that the Latin American region placed highest in the world in relation to talent shortage and skill gaps and the trend continues to grow. According to the survey in 2014, top five countries that are facing difficulties in filling up jobs are – Peru, Brazil, Panama, Argentina and Colombia. There has been considerable increase in talent shortage between 2011 and 2014, most strikingly in Peru and Colombia.
