Menu • Roasted BBQ Chicken wings • Roasted broccoli, Brussels sprouts and parsnip with fresh herbs • Sautéed Pasta Primavera (seasonal vegetables) • Grilled steak - all the how to's or Foolproof salmon  • Stir fried fresh seasonal vegetables - learn fast wok skills • Quick and easy mashes in 10 minutes
In a relaxed well-equipped comfortable setting, you will be guided through learning commonly used cooking techniques. You will learn by doing.  The goal is for you to feel comfortable cooking for yourself...that it's doable, quick and easy to clean up.  You'll learn that it costs much less compared to takeout.  

Come learn easy cooking for yourself in a place where everyone is just starting and questions are encouraged. 
Small groups - Max class size is 6 people. 
10 minutes from midtown Manhattan, just a block from Queensboro Plaza subway station (N,Q 7) or 2 to 3 blocks from the Queens Plaza or 21st Street stations (E,M, F or R subway lines).  There is gated pay parking across from the building or street parking available.
