Learn Robotics in Indy

Join Robotics Engineer, Liz, with a weekend filled with robotics! This session will teach you how to build and program a mobile robot using the popular Arduino platform. Students will be able to take home their code & programs at the end of the course.
Day 1 (Sat, 2/4, 9 am - 1 pm):

Fundamentals of Robotics
Robot Construction
Introduction to Arduino Programming

Day 2 (Sun, 2/5, 9 am - 1 pm):

Continuing Arduino Programming
Introduction to Sensors
Intermediate Robot Challenges

Cost is $40 for Saturday only or $75 for the weekend
Tickets will be capped at 8 students per day and will be on sale online Now through January 26th.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Please bring a photo ID (ages 16+) and your ticket to the event.
Due to small parts in the robot kits, we recommend that all students are ages 8 and up.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
There is free street parking on N. College Ave, North Street, St. Claire Street, and Arch Street.
There is metered parking on Mass Ave.
The event is held next to the N. College Ave BlueIndy hub, as well.
What should I bring to the event?
Please bring a photo ID (ages 16+) and your ticket to the event.
Please bring a computer with either Windows 7 or 8 or Mac OSX. (Contact Liz if you do not have a laptop computer.)
Snacks and Drinks will be provided, but feel free to bring your own snacks.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
