Part 1 - Stepping Into Personal Purpose runs, 19-21 June 2017 (Book via website).
The purpose of this transformational programme is to help you step forward more fully into your unique personal purpose, gifts and contribution in your work. It will support you to identify the contribution that your deeper self is calling you to make in your work and to embody more of your true potential in your organisation and in the world.
Part 2 - Leading Purposeful Organisations
Purpose-led leadership and action energises individuals, builds teams and strengthens the system as a whole. Much of our thinking and intervening, however, remains in thrall to the myth that leadership is just about individuals, or the 'person at the top'. Without developing collective leadership capability, an organisation lacks vitality and misses out on new insights for innovation, growth and change. This programme will enable you to attune to purpose and step across the threshold to activate purpose-led
leadership wherever you are in an organisation.
These programmes can be taken together or separately.
