Kent Koprowicz Promoted to New Position at Axio Research
/EINPresswire.com/ Seattle, WA - September 21, 2011 -- Axio Research, LLC today announced the promotion of Kent Koprowicz to Global Head, Biostatistics. In this newly created position, Kent will oversee the work of Axio's 17 statisticians and 6 statistical programmers and will continue to have a hands-on role on many of the company's larger and more complex client projects. He has held several positions of increasing responsibility at Axio leading to this promotion, and previously served a statistician in the Departments of Radiology and Biostatistics at the University of Washington.

Kent Koprowicz received his Masters degree in Biostatistics and completed coursework toward a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Washington. He has co-authored numerous peer-reviewed journal articles and scientific posters and is a member of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, the American Statistical Association, the Institute of Mathematical Statistics and the International Biometric Society.
