Carlsbad, CA, Jan. 23, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- GlobalOne Filings, Inc. is proud to announce that we are now registered SEDAR and SEDI filing agent with the Canadian Securities Administrators, the U.S. equivalent of the Securities and Exchange Commission. 

Any company registered on a Canadian stock exchange is required to upload PDF files to the SEDAR system such as their quarterly reports, annual reports, press releases, etc, The SEDI system is for individual filings (similar to U.S. Section 16 filings).
