bBooth Closes Capital Raise

(OTCQB: BBTH), the Hollywood-based digital technology company, is pleased to announce today that it has entered into an agreement for the issuance and sale of up to 1,050,000 shares of its Series A Preferred Stock under terms and conditions set forth in a purchase agreement. Pursuant to the purchase agreement, the purchase of shares may occur in several tranches; the first of which, in the amount of $300,000, closed simultaneously with the execution of the purchase agreement on February 14, 2017. The closing of additional tranches is subject to certain conditions set forth in the purchase agreement. The proceeds of the offering will be used to support bBooth's continued growth, and for other corporate purposes.
