"Silver Bar Oil & Gas Inc. announces a cash distribution for the month of August 2008, on its Gas and Oil interest. Royalties will be distributed immediately to all shareholders with a date of record of 15 July 2008. On a go forward basis, Silver Bar Oil & Gas Inc. intends to continue announcing cash distributions on a monthly cycle."
