During this sumptious Summer Yoga Retreat every morning will start with meditation practice, and two daily Yoga Classes. You can enjoy a range of Yoga styles – As we’ll explore Vinyasa flow, Hatha, Restorative and Anusara Yoga styles throughout the week. In addition there will be additional workshops on goal setting and living with purpose, as we explore how we can become our best selves!
