The EAGE Saint Petersburg International Conference & Exhibition offers a technical, student and social programme. These programmes consist out of poster and oral presentations, short courses, workshops, lectures and many other activities. Next to these activities there will also be an exhibition. Around 700 scientists attend this exhibition to learn about the latest developments.

Technical Programme
Besides the official opening and general session on Monday 11 April, the regular technical programme runs 11–14 April, including more than 230 poster and oral presentations and a dedicated session. In addition, short courses are offered on Sunday 10 April and on Friday 15 April and field trip on Monday 11 April. The conference will cover virtually all significant areas of geosciences, including regional studies, data acquisition and analysis, state-of-the-art field exploration and development technologies, as well as environmental and commercial issues with special attention to Russia and the former Soviet Republics. Presentations will be made in both English and Russian with simultaneous translation.

Exhibition
Around 700 geoscientists worldwide will visit this exhibition to be informed about the latest developments in the field.

Social Programme
To complement the conference and exhibition, an icebreaker reception will be organized at the exhibition area, as well as a conference dinner at a special location. The event organizers and the beautiful city itself will ensure that the programme will be an unforgettable experience. Student Programme
Saint Petersburg 2018 will feature an extensive student programme. Traditionally, the student programme comprises many remarkable events, focusing on obtaining new knowledge and exchanging ideas, including special student lectures, workshops, exhibition tours, as well as the EAGE Geo-Quiz - a friendly competition of university teams.
