Mary Maxwell, PhD, LLB, a prolific contributor to GumShoeNews, authored the recently published book, "Marathon Bombing: Indicting the Players", available for download at no cost to the reader from Dr. Paul Craig Roberts under the article titled, "Murdering the Innocent in Order to Support the Lie". The event will be live-streamed at 911TV.org and archived on YouTube. A maximum of 200 people may attend the event in person at the Savings Bank Room.

Judge Juan R. Torruella at the First Circuit court has accepted the amici curiae (Friends of the Court) brief of Dr. Mary W. Maxwell, Dr. James H. Fetzer, and Dr. Cesar Luis Baruja-Baquer in the pending appeal of Dzhokhar ("Jahar") Tsarnaev's conviction for the Boston Marathon bombing. Dr. Maxwell says the prosecution's case at the original trial was thin, very thin, indeed gossamer-like. In 2015 Judge Torruella said: "Rather than convicting Tsarnaev and possibly sentencing him to death based on trial-by-media and raw emotion, we must put our emotions aside and proceed in a rational manner."

For the purpose of this mock but putative re-trial in Watertown, Dr. Maxwell will hypothesize that a decision has been made to hold a putative re-trial for Dzhokhar Tsarnaev and she will assume the role of the Defense Attorney for Mr. Tsarnaev in that putative re-trial. In other words, this is only a dramatic performance. Yet it is based solely on facts, not speculation. There will not be any "conspiracy theory" in Dr. Maxwell's talk concerning faked deaths or faked injuries of crisis actors as reported by Dr. Cesar Luis Baruja-Baquer, Dr. Stanley Kimball Monteith, and Dr. Lorraine Jeanette Day, all medical doctors. In doing so, Dr. Maxwell will point to significant flaws in the evidence concerning Jahar’s "participation". Will there really be a re-trial? If two of the three judges at the First Circuit court order a retrial, then it will actually happen. It is also within the power of that court to acquit the convicted Jahar.
