Commonwealth Lawyers Association alongwith the Law Association of Zambia will be presenting to you the 21st Commonwealth Law Conference on the theme: “The Rule of Law in Retreat? Challenges for the Modern Commonwealth.” The Commonwealth Law Conference has always been a unique event attracting the legal fraternity spread over the continents by offering a platform to discuss topical issues. We will be focusing on various streams on Corporate & Commercial, Constitutional & Human Rights, Legal & the Judicial Profession and also Contemporary Legal topics.
At the conference, the young and veterans of the profession will be sharing their experience, from home and regional jurisdictions and from across the continents. Formal and informal interactions during the conference offer a unique experience of learning. It also offers an opportunity for delegates to interact with their counterparts from different jurisdictions in areas of their interest and expertise. The 4th Commonwealth Rule of Law Award, in conjunction with Lexis Nexis will be awarded during the Conference.
