- Learn the practical differences between coaching and mentoring and how to blend the two for a balanced development program

- Discover how to integrate the GROW module when mentoring employees

- Learn how to focus more on building relationships

- Identify common roadblocks, re-evaluate goals and focus on progress

- Develop an action plan implementing coaching and mentoring skills
