Practical Approaches to Quality by Design (QbD), Frankfurt am Main, Germany

Date: 16-Oct-18 to 18-Oct-18
Location: Germany
QbD is no longer a regulatory initiative; because QbD is good development, QbD is an industry initiative supported by regulators. This course focuses on practical approaches to accelerated QbD implementation, and it makes practical recommendations for realistic implementation of QbD elements. Participants will learn how to prioritize process parameters for screening designs, how to design robust processes using statistical design of experiments (DoE), how to bridge the bench and the commercial design spaces using mixing and scale-up calculations, how to quantify process risk, how to select suitable process analytical technology tools (PAT) and more. Effective technology transfer to pilot and manufacturing plants is also discussed, including process validation in the QbD.

Electric & Hybrid Industrial Vehicle Technology Sympoisum

Location: Germany
Autonomous Industrial Vehicle Technology Symposium, which takes place in Cologne from 5-6 November, is the world’s only conference and exhibition exclusively dedicated to the design and development of highly automated and unmanned construction, mining, agricultural, industrial and off-highway vehicles. The symposium will bring together R&D engineers, robotics experts, OEMs, autonomous vehicle systems hardware and software engineers, test and development experts, and heads of design and engineering from around the world to discuss, debate and analyse the growing possibilities and future developments for autonomous vehicle technology, unmanned systems and robotics for commercial and off-highway applications.

Electric & Hybrid Aerospace Technology Symposium

Date: 07-Nov-18 to 08-Nov-18
Location: Germany
Now in its fourth year, the Electric & Hybrid Aerospace Technology Symposium has firmly established itself as the leading event for high-level aerospace engineers, leading research academics and heads of electrical system design and engineering to discuss, debate and analyse the development of hybrid electric aircraft and even the possibility of pure electric-only commercial flight. The two-day event will cover all aspects of aerospace activity, from general aviation and smaller regional aircraft, to larger commercial airliners, with its purpose being to highlight the fast-paced development of hybrid propulsion and electrical subsystem architecture or MEA, to discuss the vast research into the increased electrification of aircraft and the possibilities and challenges that brings

SMIT CONGRESS 2019

Date: 10-Oct-19 to 13-Oct-19
Location: Germany
The 31st International Conference of the international Society for Medical Innovation and Technology (iSMIT) will take place in Heilbronn, Germany from Thursday, October 10th to Saturday, October 13th 2019. The theme of the congress will be „Technology drives medicine“. The meeting will be held at the Congress Centre Harmonie, located in the centre of Heilbronn, an inspiring city, which combines a history of wine cultivation with modern industry of car production (AUDI), food technology and alternative energy sources. In 2019, Heilbronn will host the German Garden Expo. The meeting will focus on minimally invasive surgery including flexible surgery and robotics, which concerns all faculties like urology, surgery, gynaecology, and ENT. Further topics are interventional radiology, computer-...
