Solis Tek Subsidiary Zelda Horticulture Broadens Its Commercial Offering with Neutralizer Plant Wash

Second Commercial Product Aimed at Helping Cannabis Cultivators Maximize the Quality and Yield of Their Grows

/EINPresswire.com/ -- CARSON, CA--(Marketwired - February 20, 2018) - Solis Tek, Inc. (OTCQB: SLTK), a vertically integrated technology innovator, developer, manufacturer and distributor focused on bringing products and solutions to commercial cannabis growers in legal markets across the U.S., today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Zelda Horticulture has launched its Neutralizer plant wash, marking Zelda's second commercially available product.

Neutralizer is a plant-derived, proactive plant wash made from all natural ingredients, which helps growers prevent and eradicate pest, fungus and mold infestations. Neutralizer will be available at hundreds of hydroponic stores nation-wide currently stocking and selling other Solis Tek/Zelda products, as well as through select e-commerce sites. Neutralizer expands Zelda's commercial portfolio, which includes its terpene enhancer Terpenez™, and supports Zelda's mission to provide cannabis cultivators with access to all-natural nutrients and other solutions to help cannabis cultivators maximize the yield and quality of their grows.

"We are excited to launch Neutralizer and to provide growers with an alternative to chemical-laden IPM (integrated pest management) tools which can be carcinogenic," said Alan Lien, Chief Executive Officer of Solis Tek. "In contrast, Zelda's Neutralizer offers an effective alternative which contains no ingredients that are banned in states like California, leveraging essential oils to help growers prevent and manage pest, fungus and mold infestations as part of their daily or weekly routine and, in higher doses, to minimize a pest, fungus or mold infestation."

Mr. Lien added, "The expansion of Zelda's product line is a key component to Solis Tek's overall strategy to provide a broad suite of products and services targeted at the commercial cannabis industry. Specifically, Zelda Horticulture represents a compelling growth opportunity for Solis Tek, as nutrients carry higher margins compared with the lighting vertical. In addition, its products will be sold through the same robust and well-established sales and distribution channels as its lighting products, while providing recurring revenues from repeat orders throughout a plant's growth cycle, as compared with the longer sales cycle associated with the lighting vertical. Lastly, like the lighting division, the Zelda line does not result in Solis Tek 'touching the plant,' which should be less subject to any future changes in the regulatory environment regarding the cultivation and sale of cannabis products."
