How ex-forces staff can benefit your organisation

This event will be conducted in conjunction with One Way or Another (OWOA), a business management consultancy that exclusively employs and trains ex-forces people as consultants.

During the evening the former Royal Marine Tom Loxley, now Regional Commercial Director at One Way Or Another (OWOA). Tom will be talking about his own path into a civilian career and explaining how OWOA works.
Nutmeg will be represented by Steve Morrison (Talent Manager) and Joshua Anderson (Front End Tech Lead) and they will discuss how Nutmeg approach diversity and inclusion. We’ll also hear from Jamie Burley (Business Development Manager) who represents recruitment agency Premier Group, Jamie will focus on what the London market is telling us about diversity and inclusion.
