On Tuesday May 7, 2019, Reliabilityweb.com announced the winners of the Solution Awards. The Solution Awards recognize innovative products, software, training and services in reliability and asset management.

The award for Reliability Engineering for Maintenance went to ARMS Reliability, for their OnePM project. ARMS Reliability is a leading global provider of reliability solutions to some of the world’s largest resource, power and utility companies. Through a unique blend of innovative technology, advisory services and decades of reliability engineering experience, they are transforming the way companies manage the reliability of their assets. As a result, their customers realize value and continuous growth through achieving the optimal balance of cost, risk and performance. Jason Ballentine, General Manager of ARMS Reliability, accepted the award.

RDI Technologies received the award for Asset Condition Management, for their Iris MX project. Since 2015, RDI Technologies has specialized in using machine vision technology to revolutionize the industrial sector. RDI Technologies developed and patented a technology platform called motion amplification that is capable of measuring vibration or displacement not visible to the human eye and then visualizing that motion to help customers solve the root cause of their problems. The award was accepted by Dr. Jeff Hay, CEO, Bob Wilson, President, and Jenna Johns, COO of RDI Technologies.

Aquitas Solutions received the award for Work Execution Management, for their Connected Maintenance project. Founded in 2006, Aquitas has focused on helping companies leverage the best-in-class and most innovative asset management solutions, strategies and procedures. The recent introduction of their Connected Maintenance solution changes the game for asset-intensive industries by allowing customers to aggregate data in real time from any asset, sensor or existing system and to automate the response from maintenance. Accepting the award for Aquitas Solutions were Ray Miciek, Principal and Executive Vice President, and Maddy Hawkins, Director of IOT Sales.

The award for Asset Management went to Bentley Systems and Siemens, for their partnership on the Siemens APM for Power Plants project. Bentley and Siemens have partnered since 2016, combining their technology and expertise to accelerate the digitalization of plants and infrastructure around the world. Accepting the award for Bentley was Sandra DiMatteo, Global Marketing Director, while Mark Confer, Director Marketing Business Model Development accepted for Siemens.

The award for Internet of Things Digitalization went to SDT Ultrasound, for its SDT340/UAS4.0 project. SDT helps Reliability Hear More by providing solutions that give their customers a better understanding about the health of their assets and the reliability of their facilities. Their success is measured not by the number of instruments they sell, but by the number of world-class ultrasound programs they help create and sustain. Allan Rienstra, SDT’s Director of Business Development, and Paul Klimuc, Channel Support Manager, accepted the award.
