Health Connect America Employees Volunteer Across Tennessee for "Day of Giving"

FRANKLIN, TENNESSEE, UNITED STATES, March 4, 2024 /EINPresswire.com/ -- In a heartfelt response to the Family Centered Treatment Foundation's (FCTF) Annual Day of Giving, Health Connect America proudly participated in a series of volunteer activities across Tennessee on March 1st. This initiative underscores our commitment to the FCTF's mission of keeping families together and children safe at home through evidence-based practices.

A Day of Unity and Giving Back

Health Connect America, an FCT Practitioner, mobilized its workforce in Tennessee to engage in various acts of kindness and community service. 88 employees dedicated their time and efforts to make a significant impact through activities such as collecting food donations, delivering to local food banks, serving at some locations, organizing donations at others, volunteering at the humane society in Gallatin, and assisting with a city area clean-up project in Nashville, showcasing the power of collective action and the spirit of giving. In addition to the employees who donated their time, more than 200 employees donated food and other items. Here is a summary of all of the activities conducted:

Athens: Stocking shelves at Grace and Mercy Ministries.
Chattanooga/Cleveland: Serving at the Salvation Army in Cleveland.
Clarksville: Assisting at Loaves and Fishes with donations and stocking.
Columbia: Stocking and handing out food at South Central Family Center.
Cookeville: Stocking shelves at First United Methodist Food Pantry.
Camden: Delivering and stocking at Second Harvest Food Bank.
Dyersburg: Stocking shelves with donations at Matthew 25:40.
Gallatin: Volunteering at Sumner County Humane Society.
Jackson: Donating and helping at the Salvation Army in Jackson.
Johnson City/Morristown: Putting together food boxes at Russellville Baptist Monthly Food Box Distribution.
Knoxville: Assisting at MCA Phyllis Wheatly Center.
Memphis: Providing donated hygiene items to the Hospitality Hub.
Nashville: City area clean-up project in collaboration with the city of Nashville.
Pulaski: Handing out food at Helping Hands Center.
Savannah: Stocking/serving at CAM food pantry at Jesus Cares.
Shelbyville/Winchester: Assisting at Come to the Table.
Sparta/Crossville: Delivering donations and stocking shelves at The Red Shed in Crossville.
