Presentation Skills Intensive Masterclass

Date: 29-Nov-18 to 29-Nov-18
Location: MSE Meeting Rooms - London / United Kingdom
Category: Education

Whether you are presenting to your team, board or hundreds of delegates at a conference, the Bridge interactive approach works for all levels of presenters. From nervous novice to experienced presenter looking to take their skills to the next level - this masterclass will allow you to learn, practice and perfect in a safe and encouraging environment.

Overview
Bridge’s proven 5P model of Practice, Present, Playback, Pause and Perfect is underpinned by various Emotional Intelligence touch points and uncovers fear response triggers that can hold leaders back from delivering their message with impact and presence.

Practice – Life is a stage and a presenter must command their space. First, we look at self-confidence and internal dialogue, utilising tips and exercises for managing emotions from actor Phil.

Present – Put the finishing touches on your presentation; prepare your narrative and visual aids. At this stage your delivery style won’t be perfectly polished, so take the pressure off yourself and relax in the supportive environment.

Playback - To increase self-awareness, all presentations will be filmed and played back in detail for feedback purposes. This can be a hurdle for some but it is a key component to breaking through the barrier and unleashing your inner storyteller. We address any verbal or visual distractions that may be detracting from your presentation.

Pause – This is your chance to reflect on the feedback you received and create personal goals and your vision. Tap into your authentic self and incorporate this in your presentation style to achieve the right balance of personality and knowledge transfer.

Perfect – Finally, we take all that we have learned from the masterclass to raise the bar and the roof. With pre-presentation warm up exercises and positive self-talk, this will be your time to shine with your new-found skills and confidence. We film your final presentation; a take-home for your show reel.
